Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: The Project Green, public cleaning program is open to all individuals and groups residing in India.
2. Participation Requirements: Participants should download the Parivarthan mobile application and register themselves to participate in the program.
3. Program Period: The Project Green public cleaning program will run for 4 months starting from May 21st to September 20th 2023, winners will be announced on Oct 2nd 2023.
4. Participation Criterion/Requirements: Participants can join the program by registering in advance, filling out the registration form, and submitting it to the Project Green team. Participants can either register individually or as a group they need to regularly update the photo, no of participants, quantity of waste collection within 48 hrs of cleaning.
3. Program Guidelines: Participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines provided by the Project Green team, which include:
– Cleaning up designated public spaces in their locality.
– Disposing of waste responsibly, in designated waste bins or designated locations.
– Wearing appropriate gear, such as gloves and masks, to ensure safety.
– Maintaining social distancing guidelines while carrying out the clean-up work.
4. Prize Amount: The 1st prize for the Project Green public cleaning program is 1 lakh rupees.
2nd Prize 50 thousand
3rd prize 25 thousand
The prize amount will be awarded to the winning participant or group in the form of a cheque.
Each Registered Participants will receive E certificate.
5. Judging: The Project Green team will judge the program based on the following criteria:
– Quantity of waste collected and disposed of.
– Quality of the clean-up effort.
– Creativity in executing the clean-up.
– Number of participants engaged in the program.
-No of likes in social media.
6. Announcement of Results: The results of the Project Green program will be announced by the Universal Knowledge Trust,® Project Green team after a thorough evaluation. The team’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged.
7. Liability: The Project Green team will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by the participants during the program. Participants will carry out the clean-up work at their own risk.
8. Ownership of Intellectual Property: Any content or materials submitted by participants will be considered their own property. However, the Universe Knowledge Trust ® Project Green team may use and publish these materials for promotional purposes.
9. Modification and Termination: The Project Green team reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any point in time, without prior notice.
10. Agreement by Participants: By registering for the Project Green public cleaning program, participants agree to follow the program guidelines and terms and conditions laid down by the Project Green team.
11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that may arise between participants and the Project Green team will be resolved through mutual discussions and negotiations.
12. Confidentiality: The personal information and data collected from participants will be used only for the purpose of the Project Green program and will be kept confidential.
13. Governing Law: The Project Green public cleaning program will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
